About

Researcher, educator, and academic community builder.

My academic work spans organizational behavior, HRM, information systems, responsible AI, human–AI collaboration, experiential teaching, and the development of future scholars.

Dhruv Pratap Singh

I am completing a Ph.D. in Management (Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management) at NEOMA Business School, where I am also a Research Fellow in the Future of Work Area of Excellence and a Lecturer in the People & Organization Department.

In parallel, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems at Copenhagen Business School. Across these programmes, my work combines organizational and information-systems perspectives to study how employees and teams use, adapt to, and collaborate with AI.

My current research includes the RGAIC framework for competences for responsible Generative AI use, work on AI credibility and human–AI teams, and studies of technology use in global virtual teams. Alongside research and teaching, I direct the X-Culture Coaching Program and build structured pathways for aspiring scholars to develop research and teaching experience.
